    Alas! A respected "scientist" (yersen) who attempts to mock his country fellas for their poor English skills, believes that this makes sense in English :

    "foreigner scientists"

    But, i think he's still a smart guy. Right after graduating from the high school, you can expect him to continue his education life walking upon the paths of a Bachelor's degree. He is obviously capable.
